The Shark

The shark, a fish with a very bad reputation.

Sharks like all fish have gills which allow them to breath under water and their body is covered in scales. Sharks are carnivores. When hunting, they use their fantastic sense of smell as well as their strong jaws full of sharp pointed teeth. The most famous sharks, is the great white shark weighing up to 1.100kilos.

During this educational video dedicated to children, we will observe that the whale shark is the largest fish on the planet. It weighs 20 tons and has the longest life span, living up to 100 years! The shark is a fish with a very bad reputation but did you know that sharks are in great danger of being extinct? There are many different kinds of sharks about to disappear and this is causing the whole ocean to be at risk. We must always take care of them and defend as well as respect nature.
