We are surrounded by insects. Did you know, that for every four animals in the wild, three of them are insects?
Spiders, scorpions and dust mites are part of the arachnid family. Today, we’re meeting some of the scariest animals on the planet… Arachnids!
Molluscs are very soft invertabrate animals and the most abundant among invertebrates on our planet. They are divided into three smaller subgroups: the gastropods, the bivalves and the cephalopods.
The arthropods are invertebrates, meaning they don’t have internal skeletons. They are the largest animal group on the planet. The main arthropod characteristic is that they all have jointed legs.
During this entertaining video dedicated to children in both preschool and primary, we will learn a bit more about this large group of animals. The invertebrate animals don’t have bones and are oviparous, meaning they reproduce by laying eggs.
