HAPPY LEARNING TV is an educational app with audiovisual content for children aged 6 to 12. At Happy Learning, we have always believed that the best way to educate is through entertainment, and that the best way to entertain is through education. We also have a dream: that quality education should be accessible to all children around the world. That is why we have created the HAPPY LEARNING TV app, adapted to new digital media, where children can discover the wonderful world of knowledge and develop their curiosity and desire to learn.
Through videos accessible in the application, we are making that dream come true.
2. REGISTRATION
To use the app, you must first register at www.my.happylearning.tv, where you will be asked to provide an email address and password and pay for the selected subscription plan.
The user is responsible for this information. Once the terms have been accepted and the subscription payment has been made, you will be able to access the application, which will verify the subscription status and grant access to all the application’s content.
Only adults may subscribe, but the app is intended for use by minors, who will be asked to provide their age. The user (parent or guardian) is responsible for the information provided and for the proper use of the app.
3. SUBSCRIPTION
If you want to enjoy all the benefits of HAPPY LEARNING TV S.L., you must subscribe. To do so, go to www.my.happylearning.tv, click on the ‘Subscribe’ button and, depending on the plan you choose, you will be taken to the secure payment section where you can complete your subscription.
Upon completing payment for the selected plan, you will receive two confirmation emails, one for user registration and another with the payment receipt.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
Payment will be monthly or annually and will be renewed automatically on a monthly or annual basis. The price will be shown in each campaign, clearly indicating the monthly or, where applicable, annual price. Once the subscription has been confirmed, it will be renewed monthly unless the user cancels the subscription.
Any changes to the price will be notified in advance.
Payments will be made through the secure payment page dedicated for this purpose and by credit card, for which we use a secure payment gateway. HAPPY LEARNING TV S.L. will under no circumstances collect confidential information from users’ cards.
5. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply going to the ‘Edit Subscription’ section of your profile on the website and clicking ‘Cancel plan’. You can also unsubscribe by sending an email to [email protected].
The cancellation will not affect the use of the previous app, and services will continue to be provided until the renewal date expires.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the nature of the subscription (it is a contracted service), withdrawal is not possible and is expressly excluded by law. However, the user may cancel the subscription at any time.

The application allows simultaneous use by a maximum of 1 user/device.
8. USE OF THE APP
Upon registration, parents or guardians and users of the app must comply with the following rules:

- Passwords must be confidential, personal, and non-transferable. The user is responsible for their password.
