Avui parlarem de la part m\u00e9s incre\u00efble del cos hum\u00e0, avui parlarem del cervell.<\/p>\n<p>Com tots sabeu, el cervell est\u00e0 dins del nostre cap i \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00f2rgan encarregat de controlar i regular tot el que fa el nostre cos.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s el nostre cervell sempre est\u00e0 actiu, fins i tot quan dormim; i ens mant\u00e9 vius, ja que controla els nostres batecs i la nostra respiraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El nostre cervell, com podeu veure en les imatges, es divideix en tres parts: tija encef\u00e0lica o tronc encef\u00e0lic, el cerebel i el cervell pr\u00f2piament dit.<\/p>\n<p>La tija cerebral o encef\u00e0lica es troba a la base del cervell. Connecta el cervell amb la resta del cos a trav\u00e9s de la medul\u00b7la espinal i controla les funcions vitals com el ritme card\u00edac, la digesti\u00f3 o la respiraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El cerebel s&#8217;encarrega de mantenir l&#8217;equilibri i dirigeix el moviment de tot el nostre cos, ja que s&#8217;ocupa que els moviments siguin realitzats de manera coordinada i precisa.<\/p>\n<p>El cervell \u00e9s el director del nostre cos. S\u2019encarrega de rebre senyals i retornar-les en forma de resposta; per exemple, si notem que alguna cosa est\u00e0 molt calenta i ens pot fer mal, ordena r\u00e0pidament als nostres m\u00fasculs que retirin la m\u00e0 per a no cremar-nos.<\/p>\n<p>El cervell es divideix en dues parts anomenades hemisferi esquerre i hemisferi dret. Aquests dos hemisferis es connecten entre si a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una estructura denominada cos call\u00f3s que permet passar informaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un hemisferi a un altre.<br \/>\nL&#8217;hemisferi esquerre \u00e9s el dominant per a la majoria de persones, i \u00e9s el responsable dels aspectes m\u00e9s l\u00f2gics del pensament, com les habilitats matem\u00e0tiques, les habilitats per parlar o les habilitats per a escriure.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;hemisferi dret s&#8217;encarrega dels pensaments m\u00e9s creatius, com la imaginaci\u00f3, la m\u00fasica o la pintura, i tamb\u00e9 de les reaccions m\u00e9s emocionals o intu\u00eftives com el vertigen o l&#8217;alegria.<\/p>\n<p>Com heu pogut veure el cervell controla i regula la majoria de les funcions vitals del nostre cos i tamb\u00e9 els nostres pensaments, la nostra mem\u00f2ria i les nostres emocions. Per\u00f2 hi ha una cosa molt important que no us he dit del nostre cervell, i \u00e9s que com m\u00e9s l&#8217;utilitzem, millor funciona!
